Roshan is the Chairperson of OTAM and the Vice President - Corporate Affairs at EURO CRM. He is a Fellow of the Mauritius Institute of Directors (MIoD). He was awarded the Titans Awards 2016 by CEO Global. Roshan holds a Master’s Degree with specialisation in Leading Innovation & Change from the York St. John University ( U K ) He has occupied several other key positions:

• Chairman for Development Bank of Mauritius
• Chairman for Airports of Mauritius ( AML ) and Airport Terminal Operations (ATOL )
• President for Outsourcing and Telecommunication Association of Mauritius
• Treasurer for Mauritius Employers Federation
• Board member of the Human Resource Development Council ( HRDC )
• Council member of the University of Mauritius

Jenny Chan is one of the leading women in the ICT sector, known for her passion and dedication. She began her career in South Africa and in the early 2000, came back to Mauritius to join the ICT/BPO sector. Jenny has led numerous initiatives to advance the industry and is currently the managing director of a multinational IT Services company. She serves as a role model for aspiring women in technology, inspiring them to succeed and break barriers in the field.

Denis Gourdin is the Managing Partner of DG & Partners, a training center and consultancy firm for SME and other companies, possessing more than 10 years experience in the top management in the ICT field.  He started his career in corporate training in France and has an expertise of more than 19 years in coaching and mentoring. He  is very active in the education sector, being the lecturer for Edinburgh Business School and Vatel Business School in Marketing, Negotiation, Operation Management, Marketing communication, Marketing Insights, International Marketing, Organisational Behaviour, Entrepreneurship. He is member of international associations such as the Chartered Institute of Marketing and Association of Executives member where he was appointed as Associate Member.

Shateeaum Sewpaul is the Founder and CEO of Excelerate Consulting Ltd, an African digital and business consultancy firm that helps organisations transform their businesses through technology and innovation. He is a known thought leader and visionary with more than 25 years of expertise in the industry. He was instrumental in establishing Harel Mallac Technologies as a dominant Regional player and Top of mind brand in the sector for over 20 years and spearheaded major transformational projects at national and regional levels. 

He holds an MBA from Herriot Watt University, Scotland, as well as Post Graduate qualifications in Computer Science and Administrative Management from renowned UK institutions and he has shouldered different senior roles and responsibilities during his different professional tenures and led several panels in different local and international forums.

Jean Philippe holds a ‘’Maitrise d’Informatique’’ of the University of Paris 6. With 30+ years’ comprehensive experience in the development of software solutions for the Mauritian and regional market, he is the founder and Managing Director of ProximaSoft Ltd. Passionate about entrepreneurship, he is the founder and CEO of BBI Group (Business Boosters Investments), which is dedicated to help and assist entrepreneurs of the SME sector. 

Dev is a seasoned ICT professional who started his career at Mauritius Telecom in 1997. He successively held the positions of General Manager – Telecom Plus, General Manager – Teleservices and Chief Information Officer of Mauritius Telecom Group. Prior to joining Rogers Capital, he founded and led Innolva, a strategic business consultancy and ICT services in Mauritius and the Indian Ocean region. Dev holds an Engineering Degree in Computer Science, Systems and Networking from the Ecole Superieure d’Electricite, Paris and a Postgraduate Certificate in Business Administration.

Yomesh Appanah is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountant and holds an MBA from the University of Hull, UK. He is currently a senior manager in Accenture Process (Mauritius) Ltd. He has 22 years post graduate experience with more than 10 years at managerial level. He has been working in different key sectors of the economy mainly Offshore, Textile, Auditing and Business Process Services in Mauritius and in overseas assignments in France, UK, Netherlands, Prague, Luxembourg, India and UAE for international organisations and multinationals. He has covered fields such as Client presentation, Feasibility studies, Solution design, Process Re-engineering and Transformation, Transition, Operation and Project Management, Cost Savings and Continuous Improvement initiatives.

Charles Cartier is the Director of Accenture Delivery Centre in Mauritius. He has more than 25 years of experience at Corporate Executive level within Multinational companies. He has served as Director on Boards of Private companies and of Public organisations such as Accenture, Bank of Mauritius and Business Mauritius. He was the first Chairman of the Economic Development Board between 2017 and 2020 and has chaired OTAM from 2014 to 2017.
Charles Cartier is among one of the first Mauritian pioneers of the outsourcing industry firstly as an Entrepreneur in Multimedia outsourcing back in 1999 and leading the biggest BPO practices in Mauritius namely TNT Business Solutions (from 2007 to 2015) and Accenture from 2015 to date.

Arvind Boodhoo is a seasoned professional with 2 decades of experience across various sectors and regions. His career to date has been spent within both the private and third sectors in an international capacity mainly in Africa.

He has a strong background in Operations, Marketing and Strategy, with a special focus and extended exposure to African business operations and market. He has worked for leading companies such as Rogers Outsourcing, CIEL, Orinux and Harel Mallac Technologies, where he was responsible for managing and growing their regional operations and business entities in Africa during 16 years. He recently joined Excelerate Consulting as a Senior Manager, where he continues to apply his skills and expertise to help organisations achieve their business goals through technology and innovation.

Jean-Michel Chaduc is the Managing Director of Orange Business Services Mauritius responsible for the Major the Service center named Indian Ocean Operation (MSC IOO), supporting mainly French and some International Customers.  The MSC IOO is spread over two locations, one in Mauritius, located at Ebene with 1500 professionals in the domain of Telecommunication, Cloud, Cybersecurity, AI and BI and one in Tananarivo, Madagascar with 400 professionals. 

Jean-Michel has over 35 years’ experience in customer service & operations for telecommunication solutions and services, managing large and multi-cultural teams, in a global customer-facing environment. He has acquired a strong experience in Business Continuity, crisis management and most recently leading the Covid-19 crisis operational response globally for Orange Business Services. 

Aroun is an IT professional and project management expert. He is the Chief Information Officer at iQera Indian Ocean, Founder and Past-President of the Project Management Institute Mauritius.

In his 20 years in the IT industry, he has worked with customers and teams across the globe. As a senior leader, he served various roles in organizational growth strategy and led key IT programmes.

Aroun holds a Master’s Degree (with Distinction) in Software project management from the University of Mauritius, is Project Management Professional certified, Agile Hybrid Pro credential holder, Organization Transformation certified and IT Governance Manager certified.
He regularly speaks at conferences and events. He is passionate about technology, leadership, and mentoring.
